The GB Foods Africa ,on Monday donated full truckloads of rice and other condiments to the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge Zone 2 Command, AIG Ahmed Iiyasu,
in Lagos.
The items were presented by its Managing Director, Mr. Vincent Egbe, who was accompanied by the Strategic Advisor, Alhaji Francis Ogboro.
This was disclosed in a statement issued by the zonal spoke person, DSP Hauwa Idris-Adamu,Zone 2 Command headquarter, Onikan, Lagos
According to her, the AIG expressed his gratitude to the company and other philanthropists for their kind gestures in line with IGP’s Community Policing strategy and engagement since the commencement of the lockdown orders.
With this relief materials given to the Police officers within the Zone cushioning the effects of the lockdown and taking care of the welfare and wellbeing of the Police Officers may God bless and protect everyone us.
