Former Chairman of Chairmen, Ibrahim Musa Gusua has been elected the New President of the Nigeria Football Federation.
He defeated Shehu Dikko, Seyi Akinwumi and several others in a keenly contested election that took place in Benin City.

But because a vote of 22 was required to be elected, there was a need for a run-off election.
Seyi, Dikko and Yola opted to throw in the towel but Peterside insisted on the run-off.
The result – Gusau: 39 – Peterside: 1.
