That nauseating cacophony of “ALLOW NDIGBO TO GO, ALLOW NDIGBO TO GO”!

With inflation quite literally galloping, time for President BUHARI to replace his economic team, other members of his administration

By Dr Chinedu Jideofo-Ogbuagu,

Everyday, it is now “Allow Ndigbo To Go” singsong. And we ask, “Allow which Ndigbo to go where?”

To be sure, if Ndigbo truly desire to leave Nigeria, Ndigbo do not need anyone’s permission to do so.

We would simply leave, starting with refusing to pay taxes to Nigeria and refusing exploitation of mineral resources (including oil and gas) by Nigeria in Igbo land.

And there would be mass relocation of Igbo people and businesses to Igbo land.

But Ndigbo have not met anywhere to discuss and agree to leave Nigeria. If some Igbo are agitating against injustices metted out to Ndigbo by some Nigerian government officials and have threatened to leave Nigeria, how does that amount to Ndigbo wanting to leave Nigeria?

Unless the individuals making that unintelligent conclusion think that no Igbo should complain however we are treated in Nigeria. Unless those singing that silly and nauseating song also think that the Yoruba, the Arewa, the South-South, etc should be “allowed to go” because some elements among them want to leave Nigeria.

“Allow them to go, allow them to go” is a lazy man’s song. It is also a song of the criminally minded. Nigerians who are neither lazy nor criminally minded should join South-East APC Presidency Project 2023 to proffer solutions to the many injustices committed by Nigeria against her own citizens and peoples.

Once Nigeria demonstrates justice and responsibility to her citizens and constituent peoples, that “allow them to go, allow them to go” song would become as insane to all Nigerians as it is to members of our Project.

South-East APC Presidency Project 2023, whose agenda is emergence of President of Nigeria of South-East extraction on APC platform in 2023, is spearheaded by Ndigbo.

Would they be spearheading the Project of Nigeria’s security, peace, unity and prosperity and want to leave Nigeria? People should think and talk intelligently.
