FULL LIST: Díaz, Osimhen, Salah lead AFCON 2025 top scorers ahead of semi-final fixtures

Brahim Díaz has strengthened his lead in the Golden Boot race at the 2025 CAF Africa Cup of Nations, scoring once again as hosts Morocco booked their place in the semi-finals.

Díaz scored in Morocco’s 2-0 quarter-final victory over Cameroon in Rabat, following Senegal’s narrow 1-0 win over Mali earlier on Saturday.

The Real Madrid winger’s strike converted Ayoub El Kaabi’s 26th-minute header, taking him to five goals in five matches.

Behind him, the Golden Boot race remains competitive, with Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen and Egypt’s Mohamed Salah moving to four goals each after scoring in their respective quarter-final victories.

A group of five players are tied on three goals: Nigeria’s Ademola Lookman, Côte d’Ivoire winger Amad Diallo, Algeria captain Riyad Mahrez, Morocco striker Ayoub El Kaabi, and Mali forward Lassine Sinayoko.

Further down the list, several players have scored twice, while 61 others have scored a single goal, reflecting the competitive balance and attacking diversity at AFCON 2025.

With the semi-finals set, the chasing pack will aim to close the gap on Díaz as the tournament enters its decisive phase.
