Over voter’s registration sensitization and mobilization, South-East APC Integrity Group and our South-East APC Presidency Project 2023 will on Tuesday, 20th July 2021 start visiting prominent and patriotic South-East leaders, etc.
We need volunteers to be part of our visiting delegation and we need financial donations to fund the visits, which we will use – through media reports of our visits – to sensitise and mobilise tens of millions of eligible South-Easterners to register to vote.
Remember, unless all the tens of millions of eligible South-Easterners – those residing in the South-East, those residing in other geopolitical zones and those residing abroad – are registered to vote, the rest of Nigeria will not respect us as the geopolitical zone with the largest voting population.
And without returning the biggest registered voters, the South-East will not become the beautiful bride with biggest electoral bargaining power ahead of 2023 presidential contest.
We must cancel the mischievous fallacy that any geopolitical zone has more eligible voters than the South-East. We must, therefore, campaign vigorously to get South-Easterners registered in ongoing Continuous Voter’s Registration (CVR) exercise by INEC.

The South-East must no longer be wrongly considered the least voting population that is irrelevant in deciding who becomes President of Nigeria.

We shall need votes from other geopolitical zones to achieve our target of unassailable 50 million votes to win 2023 Presidency, but it would be lazy and even foolish of us to lobby others to vote for us when we cannot be bothered to register to vote for ourselves. We must help ourselves before others will help us.
