he Kwara Civil Service Commission has commenced the 2019 promotion examination for officers progressing to GL 07 and 08.

The Chairman of the Commission, Hajia Habibat Yusuf, who made this known to newsmen on Tuesady in Ilorin, said the officers writing the examination are in Group E and made up of 336 candidates.

Yusuf said the commission strictly adhered to COVID-19 protocols which included fumigation of halls and environment, checking of body temperature, use of face masks and social distancing.

He said the protocols were supervised by COVID-19 team from the Ministry of Health.

He said the examination which started on Sept. 8 would run till Sept. 12 and wished all the civil servants participating in the exercise success.
